I am stronger because….


  1. I wake up every morning and get out of bed-even when I know I have nothing to do.
  2. I carry on with my normal  daily activities just like the rest of the world.
  3. If clouds form in the sky, I know I’m not going to cry-where I live we need a little rain sometimes.
  4. This is the most important thing-remember who comes first-I won’t be sitting around trying to be something I’m not. I try to take some time to smile, and laugh.If I’m watching television(example) and I laugh at something I feel good inside.
  5. I found an  new activity/hobby to try. When I try something new and interesting I feel like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders. That makes it easier to stand tall instead of slouching. The combination of #4 and #5 will provide me with some of the energy to make through the day.
